We begin by measuring what matters- body composition, bloodwork and key health markers, to understand how your body is truly functioning.

From there, we build a personalised strategy across training, nutrition, recovery and lifestyle, with constant refinement & optimisation. 

The objective is simple: improve how your body functions today, while protecting your health for the future.

James Gormley

Health and fitness have been central to my life for decades.

From early involvement in competitive sport, a decade working in the fitness industry, and now running a business, I have seen first-hand how health underpins performance, resilience and long-term wellbeing.

My approach is built around structure, accountability and long-term thinking.

Rather than quick fixes or extreme transformations, I focus on helping men understand their health, build sustainable habits and implement a system that works within the demands of modern life.

By combining objective health markers, structured training, practical nutrition and lifestyle balance, the goal is to create lasting improvements in health, fitness and long-term wellbeing.

We assess key markers including:

Tailored strength and conditioning protocols designed for the middle-aged man. We focus on cardiovascular improvement, functional hypertrophy, and injury prevention through data-backed programming.

Sleep and recovery is one of the most powerful drivers of health, energy and performance.

We assess:

How does it work?

90 Days  :  €450 Investment 

This is a collaborative and structured process designed for long-term success.

The goal is to give you a system you can sustain for years, not weeks.
 

Within 90 days, you will have the tools and knowledge to make your own informed and sustainable decisions to improve all aspects of your health.

STEP 01

Initial Consultation 

We begin with a private consultation to understand your current health, lifestyle, goals and challenges.

STEP 02

Health Markers

The next step is to complete bloodwork and a body composition analysis to provide a full picture of your current health.

STEP 03

Personalised Plan

Based on your assessment and results, I design a structured plan covering exercise, nutrition, recovery and lifestyle balance.

STEP 04

Ongoing Support & Optimisation

Through weekly check-ins and ongoing guidance, we track progress, refine your approach and ensure continuous improvement.

An app tracks your training, diet, progress data and weekly check-ins, which is constantly assessed and optimised.

STEP 05

Re-test

Every three months, key health markers are reassessed to track progress and refine the approach.
